FERM Consulting is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, company, email, country and your message. Submissions are relayed by Web3Forms to our mailbox.
- Call bookings: handled through Google Calendar's booking page; Google processes the data you enter there.
- Analytics: anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept cookies. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use contact data to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
5. Recipients
We share data only with the processors needed to run this site: Web3Forms (form relay) and Google (Analytics, Calendar). We never sell personal data. Where these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@fermconsulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) or the Spanish AEPD.
